Detailed explanations

Step by step instructions

  1. Create a new scenario in Make (formerly Integromat), or use an existing one.

  2. Add the Google Calendar > Watch events module to your scenario.

  3. Select the calendar you want to watch.

  4. Set the Maximum number of events to 1.

  5. Add the Google Sheets > Add a row to a spreadsheet module to your scenario.

  6. Select the spreadsheet and worksheet you want to add the event to.

  7. In the Row section, click the + icon next to the Value field and select Event > Title from the resulting dropdown menu.

  8. Repeat this step for the Event > Start and Event > End fields.

  9. Add the Google Sheets > Send a spreadsheet module to your scenario.

  10. Select the spreadsheet you want to send.

  11. Enter the email address you want to send the spreadsheet to.

  12. Turn on the Send as attachment option.

  13. Set the Sending mode option to Send on each row.

  14. Click Continue.
